From the Founder
Since 2006, I have served, led, and managed people, with personal experience across banking, cybersecurity and recruitment, all within high-performance environments, in large corporations and early-stage startups, across US, EMEA, and South African regions, and it has all led me to appreciate one simple fact...that business and life are inherently unpredictable.
Growth stems from struggle, and consistency breeds success, and there are moments in life where, as individuals or as teams, we lose sight of these facts.
Based on my time as an individual contributor, as a leader, as a manager, as a husband, and as a father, I believe that there are 3 main contributing factors to see out these moments, moments that occur not only in the workplace but at home too, and they are transparency, collaboration and Intent.
Transparency creates clarity, builds trust, encourages collaboration, and enables better decisions to be made with intention. That belief became the foundation upon which I have established MatchEntry Talent. Talent with intent, Growth by design.
I have created this organization with intent; I want to make a difference. I want to help people realise that every moment experienced is a step to glory, that every person you meet is an opportunity to strengthen your character, that there is a place for each of us to thrive and succeed. We just need to follow it.
